We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase of Vittoria products through the Services. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a Vittoria product that you purchased through the Services, please create or request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number as described below and following the applicable instructions regarding how to return or, if applicable, exchange eligible Vittoria products.
Returns and Exchanges
Returning new, unused Vittoria products. You may return new, unused Vittoria products at any time for a full refund. New, unused products must be returned in the condition in which you received the products and with the original box and/or packaging, including all manufacturer tags where applicable.
Returning used Vittoria products. If you would like to return a used Vittoria product, you must return such product within 30 days of our delivery of such product to you. Used products that are eligible to be returned must not have any damage due to abuse. We will issue a Vittoria on-line credit (issued in the form of credits applied to your Vittoria account) for eligible used products that are returned pursuant to this Return Policy. We do not accept any returns of Vittoria products that are damaged due to abuse.
Exchanging a Vittoria product. The fastest way to exchange a Vittoria product is to create or request an RMA, return the original product that you purchased and place a new order for the product that you would like receive. Immediately placing a new order ensures that you’ll get the new product quickly and that it won’t go out of stock while you wait for your exchange request to be processed. If you return the original Vittoria product that you purchased in a new, unused condition, you’ll receive a full refund for your returned product. If you return the original Vittoria product that you purchased in a used condition (and without damage due to abuse) within 30 days of our delivery of such product to you, you’ll receive a Vittoria on-line credit (issued in the form of credits applied to your Vittoria account). Please note that, as mentioned above, we do not accept any returns of Vittoria products that are damaged due to abuse.

Requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
You can create an RMA to return or exchange a Vittoria product that you purchased through the Services by logging into your Vittoria account, finding the applicable order in your Order History and [insert procedure], or you can request an RMA by contacting our customer service at [insert email address and/or phone number].
With a Prepaid Label. After you create an RMA to return or exchange a Vittoria product that you purchased through the Services, you will have the option of either printing a prepaid return shipping label or receiving a prepaid return shipping label via email. If you choose to use a prepaid shipping label, you must print your label, securely tape it to the outside of your return package, and drop your package off at a UPS store at your convenience.
Without a Prepaid Label. To ship your return package without using a prepaid shipping label, you must clearly write the RMA number applicable to your return package on the outside of your return package and ship it to us at the following address:

Please note that it generally takes 3-5 business days to process a return package after it arrives at our distribution center. You will receive an email confirmation when we receive your return package.
Warranty Evaluations and Reporting Safety Concerns
If you believe that a Vittoria product that you purchased may be eligible for a warranty evaluation due to defect in its materials or workmanship, please contact our Warranty Department at email@example.com. To help expedite your warranty evaluation request, please provide as much detail as possible in your email, including your order number, the purchase date, the product item number and a description of the product, and a picture of the condition or defect.
